If you do not have enough players from your summer team interested in Fall Soccer, you have the following options
• Do not play Fall Soccer
• Merge teams
• Recruit players outside the club
Without a minimum of players (8 for U9/U10) and all recruiting avenues have been exhausted, you should consider not playing in the fall.
The club receives requests from outside players looking for teams. We will forward these requests to the appropriate coaches/team managers. It is your responsibility to contact these players, evaluate them and make a decision about recruiting them for your team.
Please keep in mind that these players are being recruited for fall only. In order for them to play on the summer teams, they will need to attend our tryouts.
Please do not contact players within our club that are not on your team without the approval of their coach. Show some respect for your club teams and coaches. It is the right thing to do. Coaches, please communicate any move or recruit of players to your team manager before approaching players for a potential move to another team, By solving your roster problem, you are also creating a new problem with the recruited player'(s) team. Communication is key here...
